Complementary Life and Belief Body Readings (3-5 minute)
Having a body reading is a unique opportunity to learn more about what your body already knows. I can intuitively bring awareness to feelings or ideas that are trying to come to the surface of your consciousness. This knowledge can then support your body's quest for healing and propel you into creating a healthier life.

About Tia
I have a masters degree from Naropa University in Somatic Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Body Psychotherapy. My bachelors degree, from Colorado State University, is in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Philosophy: Religious Studies.
I have also been trained through the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute to resolve the physiological elements of trauma.
I have over 19 years of clinical experience in individual and group facilitation, education, and psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults and have been in private practice since 2003.
I am naturally somatically intuitive and can feel and see the energy of the body and allow myself to be guided as to what is wanting to happen in a client's energetic field. I am also able to communicate directly with physical aspects of the body.
